At Parfum Chogan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely pack it in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package using a trackable courier service to our distribution center address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
